Overview

I was sick a lot as a child, even to the point of being confined to bed because I could not function~

This was not enjoyable and I was quite familiar with it. When I was 15, I weighed 100 pounds and was the smallest person on the football team. I could no longer compete with the strength and size of the guys my age because working out too hard always made me sick*

At the age of 17, I awakened to powerful insights into health and began a life long passion for thrival*

When I was eighteen, after being FuLL On with weight lifting for not even two years, I went to a world body building competition. I met Arnold Schwarzenegger and many other professional body builders. While I was not as short and stout as they were, my muscle definition was far superior. There were many aspects of bodybuilding in which I had already surpassed even the professionals, and aspects of health and consciousness that were at a whole new level*

Within my passion for true health, I soon realized that weight lifting was actually far from ideal in regards to health. I began to explore yoga, rock climbing, and many other forms of intense physical expansion on the path to Full Spectrum Health~*~
With every new form of physique sculpting I experimented with, I became more and more capable.

Yoga was the most full spectrum physical training I had yet found and after playing with it for a few years developed a whole new form of yoga integrating aspects nonexistent in any yoga I had seen, read, or heard about*

I am continuously evolving at a highly accelerated pace because I am always pushing the envelope and basing my experience on intimate communion with self rather than perspective of outside influences of limitation. I have not settled for what is commonly thought to be normal or even healthy but embraced a whole new paradigm of possibility*
Now life is Yoga and I am fine-tuning my body each day~

Food is a large part of the human experience as well as for all animals on earth. I have explored the spectrum of food and my relationship with food in great depth~

I have eaten high protein diets, all whole food diets, vegetarian diets, vegan diets, raw food diets, superfood diets, engaged in long periods of fasting, and much more*
I spent months eating only single foods alone, so I could feel exactly how each food alchemized with my body. I began combining specific foods so I could feel exactly how each food alchemized with each other*

I have reached a level of consciousness where food, exercise, and all physical forms are of little importance. For the TRUE power is in one's consciousness. All form comes from formless and thus formless is where all experience begins~
Everything is in alignment. As formless shifts form is transformed in alignment with the new state of formless~*~

This book is an exploration of consciousness~
While I shed light on everything from food and exercise to breathing and sleeping, it is really the consciousness of these aspects that I am illuminating here. For it is there that the importance is. I am not going to recommend a diet or an exercise routine, for it is in the consciousness that the power lies, in the formless that dictates form*

Sickness, disease, and even aging do not have to be a part of life~
The question is, Are you ready to Rethink Everything? Are you ready to explore the New Paradigm and the infinite possibilities within?

If so, any level of health is possible, yet not required. It is ok to have a soft body, it is ok to not be able to run for miles. It is simply a matter of preference~
Yet if one desires empowered health, it is now available for what is within this book is beyond techniques, diets, or formulas of any kind~*~

The empowered thriving self awaits alignment. This is possible for anyone. Sickness or even disease is no limitation to true awakened potential, and that potential is accessible here, through this portal of consciousness`*``

Meet the Author

Quinn Eaker is an inspiring example of what awaits in the New Paradigm~

Though only 28 years old, he has life experience and insight beyond that which is considered wise and experienced.

When he was 17 years old, he chose to channel all his sexual energy into spirituality. This powerful shift of energy consciously changed everything. No thoughts, feelings, or actions of a sexual nature and a total shift of importance to spirituality. His whole life became devoted to consciousness.

When he was 18 years old, he had his full life awakening. Realizing everything and nothing he spent 5 years in meditation processing the vastness of infinite possibility and how that relates to a physical experience.

Liberated from the ideas of right/wrong, good/bad, and the limitations of a life based on have to, supposed to, should, etc., he has been exploring an experience based on freedom and true divine insight as the inspiration for his quality of life.

He was able to re-experience his past from a place of liberated perspective and empowered connection. Becoming more and more free each day to thrive in the pure potential of now.
Now life IS meditation for Quinn, yet he interacts with a wide spectrum of people each day holding space for each individual's unique potential. From five years of relative solitude to facilitating every day others' conscious process, he is clear, present, and unwavering with a sword of truth, free of judgment, holding the ideal space of safety and accountability. The possibilities he has to share are simple yet mind blowing because of the difference in perspective from that which is found around the world.

Quinn has been in the process and is in the process of writing many books on a wide range of topics including relationships, psychology, spirituality, parenting, health, sustainability, and even business. While each one is powerful and sharing New Paradigm perspective on these topics, Full Spectrum Health is the first published due to a synchronistic meeting with Adrienne. After a handful of consultations, the inspiration arose for Adrienne to become Quinn's Editor and Full Spectrum Health was chosen to be the first to polish.

With so much insight to share and so much focus from which this may flow, there is sure to be a wide spectrum of consciousness in book form on its way.
