Good concept, but I agree with other review that the directions are confusing and difficult to follow. I took a class with this book and only 1 out of 7 was able to make a satisfactory box. I'm still trying. This is not a quick craft nor for the easily frustrated.

    Directions difficult to follow!

The photographs in this book make it tempting. However, the directions are extremely difficult to follow. Directions for each design jump from section to section for each step back and forth -- very confusing. Word descriptions are hard to follow and diagrams are not clear. If you have lots of patience and can recruit a friend to help 'one to read the directions, while the other does the work', then the end result is quite nice. After many tries, I finally mastered one design and it actually looks like a box!
