Excellent, up to date source for nurses

Having been out of nursing for almost 15 years, it was required to get this book as part of a refresher course for RNs. The book was well written and easy to follow. It is up to date with nursing and medical trends, and includes a CD to use with your computer, containing a variety of information. This book is a great reference tool for nurses.
