From the Publisher...an excellent text for upper-level college students and professionals alike.

Over the years, many texts have been written on the subject of Reservoir Engineering. However, this is the very best of them all!
It's comprehensive on topics ranging from aquifer influx to well performance. Moreover, it's very easy to read. For example, his discussion of the unsteady state water influx theory of Hurst and Van Everdingen is the best that I've seen of any reservoir engineering text.
Without question, this book should be used by every practicing reservoir engineer.
