    Note well!

    This text was a graduation gift upon leaving high school in the sixties.I have read other texts on the yoga way of meditation over the years and they are adequate, but,well, its like driving: if you just want to run around town, all you need to pick up is average driving skills,if you plan to drive from coast to coast and back you need guidance to somehow get above average skills. This book is that guide.

    Perdue's reveiw

    this is an exelent book. most guys that write yoga books dont even know what it is. they just talk about streaching and peace. this book addresses that but also explanes the mental and spiritual side that most authors leave cold great for begining. i also play music and this helps me understand the math involved with guitar.
