    Extremely Helpful

I was a RE user some years ago and I purchased this book to brush me up as my organization purchased RE and was building our database. This book was extremely helpful to me as I was building my database to help me define what is the difference between an action item and a note. What is an attribute, what constitutes a campaign and so many other helpful tips and tricks. I Highly Recommend this book to anyone who is new or old to RE for background info and to gain development dept knowledge!
