Malone gives us the best MIT has to offer in terms of modern organizational theory that works and is changing the face of the way we do business and technology. He uses charts and diagrams to explane the way we are becoming coordinators and what he call democratic organizations that are highly flexible. I especially liked his concept of the Elancer who works for himself on various projects on internet. He has augmented some of the greats in org theory like Mintzberg. I will be able to use some of his bottom up coordination ideas at my workplace to give my staff more control. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
