Okay, at this point I am only half way through this book. I'm quite irritated because one of our heros from the previous book has turned into the bad guy. In the first book "scarlet", we had keller and madden as the good guys and mates. We also had one of the bad wolves as garron. In this book, madden is now garron, leaving me saying "wth happened here?"

I received this book from the author in return for a fair and honest review.
I love the Wickham sisters. I fell in love with Scarlett's attitude and the relationship between her and her sisters so couldn't wait to read more. I was not disappointed.
Gabby is sassy and full of fire although she is being pushed to her limits by being at the Gathering. She is having to sit through werewolf speed dating when all she can think of is the gorgeous Captain of the Guard. How does this work though as he's not part of an Alpha Pair and only Alpha Pairs can claim a human for their mate? Along comes Jack, Burke's childhood friend who is deeply scarred and traumatised by an event in his youth. Gabby can help him but only if he will let her in.
How these three get together and the hurt that is inflicted both by them and by circumstances caused by a jealous and vindictive she-wolf makes for brilliant reading. You will find yourself cheering Gabby on, whilst your heart is aching for Jack and you are brought to your knees by the depths of Burke's emotions.
The sisters are in full throttle together and there is a (big) hint at the end that Whitney may have found her mates. I can't wait to read more about these three and loved how both Scarlett and Whitney were there for Gabby when she needed them. A bond like theirs is beautiful to read about.
I am loving this series and can't wait to read more. A short but snappy, hot and smexy read.

I loved the sarcasm and wittiness of Gabriella. And reading Berke and Jack accept their fate and Alpha's and being mated was a good

Tis trio sure had a problem with Jack who needed to get his head screwed on right. Loved Gabby just as smart mouthed as her sister Scarlet. Berke was really neat right from the beginning. Loved it.Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

This is the second book in the series and it has a bit more angst on the guys part.
They story was great and I loved Gabby! I was also digging Berke, but Jack was a jerk most of the time. I thought Berke should have just said FU I am claiming her alone!
The story was well written and the characters engaging. I loved the Challenge and how Gabby handled things. She showed real character! And in the end I had to say "You Go Girl" to how she resolved the battle!
There was only one full on menage steamy scene at the end of the book. But it was seriously hot and heavy!!
I love the whole dynamic between the sisters and can not wait for Whitney to get her story. Even though she is the quieter sister she showed a hidden sassy streak in this book! Her men will be in for trouble!!

This book had 170 nook pages that is second in a series.
It was pretty good, different a little with the shifters type series. Three sisters who are triplets have marks on their arms for being a marked mate to 2 alpha pack leaders. 2 of the 3 sisters have this mark, but the 3rd sister was invited to this Gathering which is usually only for the marked women to find their mates.
This story is about the 2nd sister and is a quick, easy, steamy, and with a bit of action type book.
I like the series so far, now just waiting for the unmarked 3rd sister's story.

I have to say I was thoroughly pleased with this short read, My only complaint was that I wish it had been longer.
But this book starts off with our heroine sitting at a werewolf speed-dating table, but she isn't waiting for men to start talking to her, no she is waiting for them to sniff her and then either move on or possibly jump her bones? This was a very entertaining way to start off the story because it gave us the readers an idea of how Gabriella was feeling and what she thought about the whole process.
But just when our dear girl was about to give up hope, she finds the men that are suppose to be just for her. Problem? Well yes, they aren't a Alpha Pair... and to top that off Gabby finds out one of her men, doesn't WANT her. But things are about to get interesting because a shewolf wants one of her men Berke and she has just issued a blood challenge to Gabby.
Berke is pretty much heart broken, over the turn of events surrounding his should be mate, but he is also very furious with the man who is partially bound to him and his other half. Jack, doesn't want a mate, and past events dictate his actions and feelings. He is very much afraid of the past repeating itself and he is determined not to let that happen. Even if it means denying his self and Berke the opportunity to know Gabriella. But I hate to say this, thanks to a very desperate "she-whore" her men are about to get their sh*t together.
This book was such a treat to read and I plan to go back and read book one because I have to know what happens in that one and then I just have to wait for Whitney's book. This was a must read book and series, very kick ass. I laughed more times that I can count and that is always a great thing.

As with Scarlet, Book2 is filled with engaging characters, ones even you want to punch out.
The sisters are at it again.. and Gabriella has got some spunk.. love this girl. Really engaging series so far.. and be interested to see what happens with Ms. Whit.. she's the one that has to stir it up more I think. Light scenes till the end.. again.. Not an Under 17 book.. Really a must read and from the beginning.. to capture the essense of the three sisters.

I Also Recommend:
Second book in the series.
Another fun fast read by Celia Kyle. This book was just as good as Scarlet (Alpha Marked #1). If you like funny and snarky characters you will love this series. Jack and Berke are some really hot alpha males and Gabriella is hilarious.

Gabriella is the second book in the Alpha Marked series, while it can be read as a stand alone I would recommend reading book 1 first just to get the most from the story.
The Wickham triplets are 30 that means as marked they must attend a gathering to see if their Alpha pair of werewolves is there waiting for their mate. With her sister Scarlet already mated at this gathering Gabriella must attend everything alone, she is less than thrilled with the idea.
Berke has been part of an alpha pair but not since his best friend and partner in the pair has refused to go through with the pairing. Now he has met Gabriella he knows she is their mate but will Jack throw the whole thing away for them all?
I really enjoyed the humor and the characters in Gabriella, the alpha pair mating with a marked human and the gathering are great original ideas to this series and help it to stand out in the paranormal crowd. It also helps that the book is loaded with hot alpha werewolf menage, change your panties twice sex scenes. I think that the 3 books that will make up the story of the Wickham triplets could have been combined and told as one longer book but the 3 shorter books do allow you to read the whole story in an afternoon. I am looking forward to book #3.
I received this book in exchange for my honest review.

Gabby finally has her Alphas! Though it wasn't an easy road. This book takes place one day after the first. Gabby's Alphas aren't actually Alphas. So, how is this going to work? Throw in a hoe bag, cum bucket *snicker* that is hell bent on stealing Gabby's man and you have a kick ass story. This was such a great book. The Wickham sisters are so much fun. I love the bond they have. I literally laughed out loud while reading this book. They have so much spunk and sass. I would love to be able to control my Alpha the way they can theirs. Whitney's story is up next and I can't wait!
I received this book from the author in exchange for my honest opinion.

3.25 stars: GABRIELLA (Alpha Marked #2) by Celia Kyle
GABRIELLA is the second storyline in Celia Kyle's erotic paranormal BBW Alpha Marked romance series focusing on Scarlet, Gabriella and Whitney Wickham-fraternal triplets and potential mates to shape-shifting ruling Alpha pairs. A bit of a warning, this series contains M/M/F sexual situations.
The premise of the novella length storylines is the festival of The Gathering- a speed dating (of sorts) where marked human females (who have not been claimed by their thirtieth birthday) are commanded to present themselves as potential mates for Alpha pairs. As luck would have it, the Wickham triplets had not been claimed and it was their turn to appear before the Alpha pairs for the official `sniff test' of compatibility. Two Alpha males rule as one-claim and mate one female together. This is Gabriella's story and one with a bit of a twist.
Captain of the Guard Berke Davis knew that Gabriella was his mate. Along with his second in command and life long best friend Jack Wright, both males knew they were Alpha material but Jack's belief that his blood line was tainted prevented either male from seeking the coveted position within the pack or any pack, for that matter. But The Gathering would force Jack's hand as well as Gabby's potential as a worthy mate for two wanna-be Alphas whose only sin was being born into the wrong pack.
Gabriella-Alpha Marked is a fast paced, short storyline whose events start immediately following the end of Scarlet. The attraction between the trio is immediate as the `wolves' know that the female is their mate. The sex is hot and limited to only one chapter. The sexual language and descriptions are not as graphically explicit as the first storyline but there is still quite a bit of heat and steam due to the nature of the M/M/F relationship. And because the storylines are novellas, the world building and character development are limited to what may or may not occur in the span of a few chapters and a couple of hours in virtual time.

In this sexy, werewolf story, Gabriella, our heroine, is approaching the big 3-0 and is less than thrilled. Just to make matters worse, she must attend The Gathering where two werewolves are chosen to mate with the plus-sized beauty. It doesn't sound like such a bad order to obey, but things can turn dangerous and deadly when teeth are bared. Kyle has spun this spicy tale with a paranormal twist with readers in mind who won't complain staying glued to their seat for an hour or so until the explosive ending. Gabriella is a terrific character and many will relate to her because she's realistic and hilarious. The author is a gifted writer, and an abundance of readers will be amazed that she can pack a punch this powerful in a novella. A great follow up to book one where Scarlet was in the spotlight, but now Gabby takes center stage and paranormal fans will be delighted with her performance. By the time we reach the finish of the second installment, we'll be howling at the moon and anticipating the third with bated breath. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
