Overview

The game has always cast a shadow over Oriana Delgado's life. She should hate the game. But she doesn't. The passion and the energy of the sport is part of her. But so is the urge to drop the role of the Dartmouth Cobra owner's 'good daughter' and find a less...conventional one.

Playmaker, Max Perron, never expected a woman to accept him and his twisted desires. Oriana came close, but he wasn't surprised when she walked away. A girl like her needs normal. Which he can't give her. He's too much of a team player, and not just on the ice.

But then Oriana's father goes too far in trying to control her and she decides to use exposure as blackmail. Just the implication of her spending the night with the Cobra's finest should get her father to back off.

Turns out a team player is exactly what she needs.

    Amazing

This book was hot. The characters were real enough to linger, and the emotions enough to stir your blood. Honestly, it was interesting to read the emotional conflict the main character had in trying to decide if giving in to the deepest passion in her heart was worth it. Or if loving more than one person is something sustainable and being submissive in the "bedroom" could bring with it a freedom most are too scared to try. Thank you for writing and keep up the amazing stories you come up with.

wow! I'll admit, after the first few pages I was ready to delete this book altogether. I didnt think it was my style at all. thank goodness I kept reading! holy hotness! you really get a chance to know the characters and fall for them right along with Oriana. there's an actual plot, not usually found in this genre. I couldnt put it down, the idea of waiting to see what was going to happen and how it would play out was not an option!
even though I'm happily married this book opened my eyes to some new fantasies I didnt know I could have:) this will now be filed under favorites - I'm not even archiving this bad boy, it will be on standy by whenever I need it!

Hockey and erotic romance, what¿s not to love?

Sports! I love sports! Hockey is one of my favorite sports. Hockey and erotic romance, what’s not to love? Nobody combines these two elements better than Bianca Sommerland.

Sommerland creates memorable characters that draw you right into the story. Oriana Delgado, beautiful and sweet, desires a meaningful relationship with someone who loves her. Much to her surprise, she needs more than one man to feel complete. Oriana’s true love, Max Perron, while thoughtful and patient, has some kinks of his own as a voyeur and a Dom. Sloan Callahan, a sadist, is uptight and not quite sure how he fits into the picture. Dominik Mason, Master Dom, provides the balance in this complicated polyamorous relationship. The chemistry between Oriana, Max, Sloan, and Dominick is explosive and scorching hot. The various BDSM scenes throughout the novel are explicit and imaginative as each scene organically propels their relationship forward. Sommerland masterfully balances Doms that are to die for, each with their own needs and their own particular kink, and a submissive that compliments each of them in this page-turning erotic read. With her powerful storytelling voice, Sommerland makes it easy to see how these characters can make this polyamorous relationship work.

Another enjoyable aspect of this story is the introduction of the other members of the Delgado family. Sisters, Oriana and Silver, each with their own issues with their father, add drama to this story. By advancing multiple storylines, Sommerland brilliantly sets the stage to highlight these personalities in future stories, creating the perfect beginning for a fantastic erotic series.

I received an eBook copy from the author for purpose of an honest review for The Jeep Diva. I was not compensated for this review, and all conclusions are my own responsibility.

    Def Worth the Read

As Posted on The Smutty Kitty:
    3.5 out of 5 Licks

Overall I did enjoy this book but there were several times I found myself just skimming through. I haven't read a lot of hockey books but I do find anything with sexy athletes to be worth a try. Lol there is a lot of hockey talk but it wasn't all about hockey just enough so someone who didn't know the game would get some of the phrases and terminology. I had the most trouble with the players names. Ms Sommerland switched back and forth between first and last names a lot. I know that the players mostly refer to themselves by their last names but since their were so many players involved in the book it took a while for me to get all the names straight.

I was a bit Leary about the relationship with Oriana and the men. I kept finding myself wondering who she would wind up with after her five-some with the guys. Don't get me wrong I like reading about a gang bank type situation every now and then but they all found themselves wanting a relationship with her and I was curious where it would go. Now y'all know I don't like giving spoilers so I will just say that I was very satisfied with the way the book ended and was eager to read the next in the series (see my review for that one tomorrow). I was happy with Oriana's decision and the man (or men-haha I'm a tease) so winds up with.

    Just ick

I tried to like this but really the characters were all a$$hole$ and interaction and conversation was stilted. I read just about anything and have come to like a lot of things off the beaten path but this one had no real redeeming features. Humiliation, pain and submission can be evocative but in this case , no.

Revenge backfires into lust, then maybe love

This book can make anyone appreciate the value of a healthy team of hockey players. In an attempt to scare her ex and father, a woman will stop at nothing to get revenge and respect. Even if that means sleeping with five of the hottest guys on the hockey team. But karma backfires when reputations and jobs are risked.

This book has great character build, book length, and story line. It includes everything from vanilla to harder BDSM techniques to 5 on 1 action where the woman is the center of attention. There is no M/M interaction.

The only dissappointment was in the abbrupt ending. It wrapped things but did so very quickly. There could have been 2-3 more chapters dedicated to the resolution. That didnt stop me from already purchasing book two. I want to know how the GM handles a hockey stick.

This is my first time reading Bianca Sommerland. I was attracte

This is my first time reading Bianca Sommerland. I was attracted to this book as I LOVE hockey and I LOVE BDSM books. And what could be better than putting the two together...Nothing!!! GAME MISCONDUCT definitely lived up to my expectations and more.
GAME MISCONDUCT is a story of a young woman, Oriana, who attempts to please her father, the owner of the Dartmouth Cobras, and her boyfriend, Paul (who is also the coach of the Dartmouth Cobras) by being the "good daughter" and the "good girlfriend." Until she finds her boyfriend cheating on her and her father still attempting to control her life by coercing her to stay with Paul for the good of the team. As Oriana faces the truth and makes some hard decisions, she finds that her friend, Max and his teammates are willing to help her in more ways than one.
GAME MISCONDUCT includes lots of wonderful sex in various forms of kink: voyeurism, ménage, bondage, D/s, punishment, spankings, breath play, pain, candle wax, and ice. Whew!!! I tend to stay on the lighter side of BDSM, but I found that I really enjoyed the darker moments that Ms. Sommerland included for Oriana and her men. Not to mention, three of the men were Doms and another Dom in training. With that many Doms going around things can get downright kinky! I loved every minute of it!
As a lover of hockey, I loved the action of the hockey games that Ms. Sommerland included in the story. I felt like I was right there or even listening to the game on the radio. I could see the game with the play by plays. I felt the hits, the ice spray, and even the suspense of a player down. This made the story all the more real for me.
As Oriana interacted with the various men from the team, I could see several dynamics. It seemed that each man had traits and abilities that if put together would make one perfect guy. Max was very sweet, loving, and caring for Oriana in a boyfriend/husband kind of way. A wonderful romance comes from that. Dominik, the Master, definitely knows what Oriana’s needs are and will help her achieve those needs. Sloan, a Sadist, also sees the potential in Oriana and is eager to help her reach that. Put them all together and they are perfect!
There were two drawbacks for me in GAME MISCONDUCT. The first was the use of both the first and last names of the players, but not in a consistent manner. It took me a little while to set each person’s names and faces together. I had to flip back and forth a few times to straighten it out. I know that in sports using names like that is common, but I think as a reader, this can and does cause some confusion. The second was the almost instant transformation in Oriana from a “good daughter” who is essentially a doormat and easily led to a strong female role. However, Oriana did continuously struggle with her feelings about the men and her role in her family.
I loved this book and am definitely putting it in my “Go to” reread pile. I can count on GAME MISCONDUCT to pull me in and make me believe I can be Oriana.

Game Misconduct was not as dark as her 2 previous books. The Doms in the story had more than enough testosterone for 5 hockey teams. Bianca gave each player their own kink, as well as had doms-in-training. Oriana had the story circle around her. She was the passive sister, who felt no one could love; while Silver was the wild-child sister. Oriana discovered her own kink after catching "coach", her lover, in a compromising position.that led her to a relationship with one team members, who truly loved her. It expanded, to the remaining members, who developed a love for her. The fairy-tale wedding to 3 of the players, set up Silver for her own story; which should be out shortly. The BDSM in the story was mild to moderate, in my reading; that does not mean it could fit your taste. Bianca showed another facet of her writing talent, which for me made a very enjoyable read. Can't waitfor the next story.

    Hello

A 250 page free book of a insecure submissive woman (always looking for daddy's approval) whose father owns a hockey team, and BDSM sex with multiple partners. Knowing hockey and the terms for plays a plus for understanding the games described on ice. The language is raw and the sex descriptions rawer.

    hockey + menage + BDSM = happiness

I really enjoyed this book. I'm a huge sports fan and you can't go wrong with hockey in my opinion. We know right from the beginning that Max is in love with Oriana. We also know that he has several kinks. They are revealed at various stages throughout the book. I did NOT expect the number of men that she ultimately became involved with, but I think that Bianca pulled it off. The names did get confusing until I was able to isolate each player as sometimes first names are used and sometimes last. We didn't get a lot of background info on all of the major players, but there was enough on a few to know how and why they tick the way they do. While the subplot/scandal was a twist I never saw coming, it needed a little more revelation throughout the story in order to be as focal as it should have been. All in all, it was great to see the way the players helped Oriana become a stronger, more confident woman - standing up to and leaving her longtime boyfriend as well as her father, who coincedentally owns the team. I also wasn't expecting so many Doms to be on one team, but is was a treat to see varying levels of control and experience from the Doms and Masters. If you like menage as well as hockey, I think that this series should be a must read.

    GAME MISCONDUCT by Bianca Sommerland

Oriana Delgado is the daughter of the Dartmouth Cobra's hockey team owner. She's been placed in the "good daughter" box and is trying to stay there, but she's miserable with her current boring, unsatisfying relationship with the team's coach and is becoming fed up with his frequent degradation. She's seriously attracted to Max, but she can't offer what Max needs. When she's betrayed by those she trusts most, she decides she needs to start playing dirty if she hopes to get what she wants.

Max Perron is one of the Cobra's strongest playmakers. He's carrying a torch for Oriana, but knows she wouldn't ever understand or accept his sexual preferences. He's a group participant and voyeur. He's willing to try to change for her, but she doesn't believe he should have to change for anyone.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------

Oriana's been wronged by those she trusted most; her father only cares about his team and keeping Paul happy. Paul, in turn, is only concerned with keeping his business partners (and himself) happy.  Paul likes to humiliate, degrade & threaten Oriana in a public forum and she's finally had enough. When she threatens to leave Paul, her father threatens to completely cut her off. But she knows she has to break free.

Once Oriana leaves Paul, she's staying with 5 guys. This will eventually reduce a bit. There is multiple partner scenarios, anal sex, toys, improv with household items (including a hockey stick & drapery rope tiebacks), pain play.

I think I'd have to say that this story was 60% sex content & 40% meaningful plot. The characters were actually very well written and described, they were very likable (except, of course, Paul and Mr. Delgado).  The plot was a little thin, but the concept behind it was good. The conflicts were strong but it felt that there wasn't satisfactory closure... I'd like to see if that closure occurs in book 2 (DEFENSIVE ZONE).
