    Author Writes Another Winner

This is a must for baseball fans. I've read several of Bob Gordon's books. His insights and observations are up to his normal high standard here. The conversational style he uses to relate these baseball stories adds interest and makes it seem like the players are right there sharing their greatest memories. It's a real page-turner - chapter by chapter, with each chapter written on a different guy - from the old days of the forties up to the new century.
