Off the court, tennis star Jason Cartwright's playboy image is taking a public beating. On the court, he's down forty-love. A knee injury is shutting down his game, and the paparazzi are splashing his love life on every magazine. A comeback is in order, but the makeover he needs to save his faltering career is in the hands of the woman he loved and left fifteen years ago.

While single-mom, Izzy Connors, sees people for who they really are through the lens of her camera, even without it, she knows Jason isn't the star he appears to be. Although his charm and good looks haven't dimmed since he broke her heart, all she sees is his wasted talent and playboy lifestyle.

Can Izzy put the past behind her and help Jason get his game, and his image, back on track? Or will the click of her camera shatter his world as well as his heart?

Meet the Author

USA Today Best Seller and iTunes Breakout Books author,Nana Malone's love of all things romance and adventure started with a tattered romantic suspense she borrowed from her cousin.

It was a sultry summer afternoon in Ghana, and Nana was a precocious thirteen. She's been in love with kick butt heroines ever since. With her overactive imagination, and channeling her inner Buffy, it was only a matter a time before she started creating her own characters.

While she waits for her chance at a job as a ninja assassin, in the meantime Nana works out her drama, passion and sass with fictional characters every bit as sassy and kick butt as she thinks she is.

    Enjoyed the "Match"

At 289 pages, not bad for a free book. This was a light quick read (read it in less than a day). You got some very steamy parts and 1 very sexy love sexual encounter. I loved the exploration of interracial relationships and households and the views of outsiders looking in. The reader is also shown a glimpse of a celebrity dealing with his notoriety as well as trying to have a personal life. We get to see some of the emotions regarding that from 2 perspectives. They basically wrapped everything up in the last 10 pages or so but overall, a good read. On a side note, I read a reviewer saying this book could be made into a move. I could see Paul Walker playing the part of Jason Cartwright…just sayin’…

I always like the books that involve family as well as a romantic couple, much more dimension to the story.

    Nice Light Read

This is a fun light read with characters that are interesting but not too complicated. Includes sex but not too over the top.

    Game Won!

This is a light read about the relationships among the main character who is a famous photographer who uses a pseudo name to sell her art.
The primary person is a black woman who interacts with her son, a manager, her assistant, a former "best friend," and a former lover.
It is a fun, light, fast read, for someone who enjoys a few twists and turns. It would be for a reader who enjoys an airy topic.
I would read other books from this author

    Romance

This book has about 250 pages, was free and was very poorly edited. It is a romance and has some humor. There are adult topics, such as masterbation, sex, dirty thoughts and a good bit of heat. Some cursing. The usual angst found in a romance, but it all works out in the end. This book did not hold or offer any surprizes, the ending was the usual formula, the characters nothing special, but okay. I have read a lot worse and a whole lot better. Romance is not my favorite genre. Chick lit. Ages 18 and up.

    good read

Tennis Pro, Jason Cartwright, is a bad boy with a wild reputation. He crosses paths with a blast from his past, Isabel Connors. There's major tension (sexual) between them as they find their worlds colliding after 15 years. Throw in a 13 year old boy and his drugged out, crazy mother, and you have a good, dramatic story.

    Entertaining reading

This was a story that the ending was predictable from the outset.
It was enjoyable to read, but not enough to make me not want
    to put the book down.
