This book help me make the decision to have the Lap band surgery. I read this book before I met with the doctor. This book helped me to ask the doctor over 30 questions about the surgery I wanted to have. The questions ranged from before, durring & after the surgery. This book helped me understand how the surgery was done. Diet palns that would follow surgery. It is a good book to get the whole picture for this type of surgery.
