We gave this as aa gift to a 10 year old grandson. He loved it. He had been watching his older brother do origami for a while, and was so intent on learning it himself that he wouldn't let his brother help him. With a little assistance from Grampa, the child was able to make a very complicated design. The illustrations were great, and the end result gave the child a feeling of accomplishment.
My eleven year old daughter absolutely loved this kit! She has always enjoyed origami and this took it to another level.
This is awesome for any age - they are difficult but explained well, so when you actually create a three-dimensional origami piece you feel pretty darn cool. :)
Our 10-year-old girl LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this! Friends at school had it and recommended it to her. You should see the amazing things she has made with this!
Bought for my grandchild... I think she likes it
