Georgia O'Keeffe: One Hundred Flowersby Georgia O'Keeffe (Artist), Nicholas Callaway (Editor)
A flower is relatively small. Everyone has many associations with a flower -- the idea of flowers. You put your hand to touch the flower -- lean forward to smell it -- maybe touch it with your lips almost without thinking -- or give it to someone to please them. Still -- in a way -- nobody sees a flower -- really -- it is so small -- we haven't time -- and to see takes time like to have a friend takes time. If I could paint the flower exactly as I see it no one would see what I see because I would paint it small like the flower is small. --Georgia O'Keeffe

I absolutely love this book! I bought it for inspiration for art journal ling and I just love it! The book itself is quite big, so I was a little surprised when I received the package. However, her paintings themselves were monumental, so the book was the appropriate size for her works. Great, great, great work. Fabulous.
The art work was lovely. I gave a copy to a friend and returned to buy more copies. The book is excellent for the coffee table as a conversational piece because the pictures are larger than an average book. The only down fall was that I had to search for the title of the work at the back of the book. The is very little narrative or commentary. Otherwise, this was a great find.
Georgia O'Keeffe's 100 Flowers exudes Luscious colors, rifiting folds, marvelous composition.
