I must take a moment to tell you how ardently I admire and love

I must take a moment to tell you how ardently I admire and love Marsha Altman’s Pride and Prejudice
continuation series, The Darcy’s and Bingley’s.

Georgiana and the Wolf By Marsha Altman was just released and I am very excited to be able to add this
    book to my shelves.

As this is the sixth book in the series, the focus has shifted from the original happy couples to their children.
In particular, this book brings the focus in on Georgiana Bingley.

While it is not necessarily necessary that you read the previous books in the series before reading this one,
it definitely makes it easier to understand the back-story.

At its core book six is a murder mystery. We find ourselves transported to France and introduced to Inspector
Robert Audley who has been called in to investigate a murder near the estate of the Marquis de Maret. It so
happens that Georgiana is attending a nearby seminary and has befriended the Marquis betrothed Lady
Heather Littlefield who is also her roommate.

I love the fact that while the reader likely has some prior knowledge of Georgiana Bingley, we are really
introduced to who she is through her interaction with Inspector Audley. The more that he learns about her, the
more the reader learns about her.

Not everything is as it initially seems in this small French town. What is the cause of murder in this quiet town?
Who is this perceived murderer known as the wolf, and how is the wolf connected to Georgiana? These are
questions that the Inspector must closely consider as he attempts to root out the source of a string of murders.

Georgiana and the Wolf is full of suspense and action. Georgiana Bingley is a strong female lead dedicated
to protecting those that need it. I loved seeing how this mystery would unravel and look forward to future
    installments in the series.

If you enjoy a good mystery then this book is right up your alley, and if you enjoy original takes on life after pride
and prejudice I highly recommend picking up this series.

    Loved it!

Well Marsha fans, we are full into the Darcy and Bingley children's lives now. One of the many things I love about Marsha Altman's series is that she does not leave you hanging on for the next episode. She gets down to business and gives her readers what they want in a timely fashion!

Book 6 is all Georgie, it delves into her inner self and shows you what she's all about. Georgie is in France attending seminary school. Her parents think she is tucked away safely and learning to become a proper Regency lady. They could not be more mistaken. Georgiana and the Wolf are instead biding time {until Geoffrey Darcy comes to his senses} and protecting the innocent! She is like a Regency era super heroess. Marsha Altman has a very vivid imagination, this is not your standard P&P variation but to me that is a good thing. Nothing hum drum about this series. No spoilers here, you must read it and be amazed.

I would urge people who are not familar with this series to start at the beginning so you completely understand what is happening with Georgiana in book 6, if you dont you may be lost on this one. The entire series is fantastic and I would not want anyone to miss a single juicy episode!
