    great for fire people

i picked up this ebook not as a fireman but as someone who was wanted to follow advice from an organization knkwn for their well built workers. if you are not in the industry find another book. that aside, it is a really good read for someone that needs to know why they need to stay built. which is why i rated this ebook with four stars.
