Brian Graham is the founder and managing partner of Brian Graham & Company, a search firm based in San Diego, CA. He has held contract recruiting roles for clients in the oil, telecommunications, and technology sectors and corporate-level recruiting management positions with ADP, Sequent Computer Systems (now part of IBM), and Spring Corporation. Mr. Graham has more than a decade of experience in staffing on a corporate or independent basis and has managed recruiting teams. In addition, he has conducted management courses on Interview Skills Training and Behavioral Interviewing and is an AIRS (Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies) alumnus. He lives in San Diego, CA.

    The insider information on employment.

    Even though this book has a copyright date of 2005 and the info. is from 2004, it will be useful 4 finding Ur next employment position. The author gives very detailed descriptions of how to find "hidden" employment opps. and how 2 use the info. 2 get U on Ur way 2 securing a position at a company U want 2 work 4. As the author states the "cold calling" method he suggests is not for the faint of heart, but the calls should give U courage and increase the # of people U know 2 assist U with moving 2 Ur next employment position. A worthwhile read if U want tips 2 get a new employment position in a company.
