    Focused Help

If you have trouble with procrastination, being organized, and wasting time, this book is for you. Unlike many about self improvement, this book is less about self esteem and more about practical solutions.

This book is also a great introduction to Robbins and his writing style. I would try to describe it, but you really need to read it. It is light, and silly at times, but he uses it to wrap some difficult concepts into ideas you can remember and use.

If you want more than help in just these three areas or you want to enjoy his quirky sense of humor more, I highly recommend the book this one is an excerpt from, Get-It-Done Guy's 9 Steps to Work Less and Do More. Nine is three times better than three, if nothing else to enjoy more of his sense of humor and easy writing style while providing you with usable ideas that work.
