    more from this reviewer

    Loved it!!

Just finished and it was a really good read. This story follows Jessica and her 3 best friends as they grow up in Harlem. Growing up in harlem makes them grow up faster than they have to and also forces them to experience things they should not have had to exeperience. The girls go through so much and realize that in order to get through it they must stand by each other no matter what and that is what they try to do when they face their various obstacles. This was a true page turner with almost 600 pages I finished this book in two days and enjoyed every minute of it. I wanted to know what was going to happen next with the friends so I just had to keep reading. really great read I had this book for a while and finally decided to read it!! I will be reading more from Treasure Blue
