    I Also Recommend:

    Fantastic book!

This is not only a great cookbook, but a font of information! There are grain and bean cooking charts, detoxification strategies and so much more. I would highly recommend this book for anyone trying to eat healthier. You don't even have to be a vegan to enjoy the recipes. They are tasty and easy to make. I highly recommend Jae's All Out Daily Deluxe Salad, Leek and Potato Soup and the Spice Swirl Bundt Cake with Buttahmilk Glaze. Delicious!!

    A reviewer

I'll admit I'm a sucker for vegan cookbooks by cute tattooed girls with nice haircuts, so I was pleased to come across this book! It offers many great recipes 'which seem simple to make, and with reasonable ingredient lists', but is also packed full of vegan nutrition charts, pantry staples, way to cook various foods, etc.. It combines a nutrition guide with a fun, accessible cookbook to the likes of Sarah Kramer. This would be great for a vegan beginner,or as an all-in-one book for someone wanting to know more about healthful animal-free eating and living!
