    All self help books provide something worth more than gold.

    Then, there are self books like this one that should be taught to every student in high school. Sean is no ordinary self help author that thinks he knows the answers to your problems. The only people that won't be perfect for this book are the ones that essentialy helped him write it. This is one of those books that will be useful 2,012 years from now, indeed, until every problem of the world is gone.

    Surprisingly helpful

    This is a surprisingly helpful self-help book. I heard the author speak on the radio, and his approach and positive outlook was enough to get me to order the book. This is basically a cognitive approach, providing challenges to self-defeating ways of viewing the world, but pursuasive in their positive approach. The author has overcome more than his fair share of life trials, and has emerged with a very positive, and contagious, attitude about life. This book is especially helpful for dismantling the excuses we all have that are often so effective in stopping us in our tracks from making changes in our lives or taking risks.
