Get Off Your Phone and Start Living: A Guide to Lifelong Connections,Friendships and Personal Fulfillment.
The advent of cell phones has allowed for a greater level of virtual connectivity and efficiency than ever before. But as the online world expands, why does it feel like we are growing less connected to the people and places around us? In his debut book, GET OFF YOUR PHONE AND START LIVING, Tom Reynolds explores how people can better navigate the modern day by paying attention to — and socially investing in — the world outside our screens.

Across eleven chapters, Reynolds gives anecdotal and research-based accounts of how common phone habits may weaken a person's well-being, success, and relationships. He pulls from his life as a business executive, world traveler, father, partner, and friend for a critical look at our society's dependency on cell phones and what we lose when we fail to look outside of them. Whether in our apartment buildings, at a stadium concert, or miles high in an airplane - he urges his readers to engage with the environment around them and start living.
