Excellent information on many variety of exercises that one can do on the bosu- the book information also help with designing programs for clients that I have. Many people need more core & balance exercisies. The workouts are fun and the book information has fantastic educational information for the readers to use and understand the main purpose of the product and exercise and why one would use the bosu and helps one to know that there are many different varieties to the use of the bosu. I am glad that I found it- it has helped me in my own personal training goals and also the gives me more information and exercises of which helps me as a professionally when I need to learn more variety routines to teach others.
