    Highly recommended book

    I am a doctor myself and have read this book and bought it for several of my friends who are planning to have babies or who are already pregnant. It provides a lot of information about things you should do before you get pregnant that I haven't seen in any other books out there, and the information appears to be very well researched and dependable. I definitely recommend this book.
