Get the Blues, Vol. 2

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Campbell
Get the Blues, Vol. 2 collects 18 tracks chosen by members of NARM and the Blues Music Association. Thankfully, instead of providing a retread greatest hits of the blues collection, this package goes deeper, mixing first-rate performances from such legends as Muddy Waters, Koko Taylor, and Howlin' Wolf side by side with relative newcomers including Lou Pride, Shemekia Copeland, and Mark Lemhouse. The amazingly low price goes to the aforementioned organizations, which are keeping blues in the forefront of education, music retail, and radio.

    Wrong artist listed

Instead of Marcia Bell singing "Baby Why Not" it is the great Marcia Ball. Please correct this. Thank you.
