I am in the process of starting my own business and the information presented in this book is wonderful! It gives examples, mini quizes, and a step by step guide in clear cut simple language to get customers to come to you! I can't wait to put all the information to use.

I read this book in my local library, and had to have my own copy! It is a complete book of methods to attract and maintain business from clients, referrals, and the public. I especially like the use of examples of successful business ventures by other authors and people in various stages of their business. An up-to-date reference book that I use over and over again.

Good to see books that outline the basics. One key element to remember, however, is: In order to get a client or customer to buy your service or product - they have to know who YOU are and why they should trust YOU. That's what I call the personal publicity factor and it is the basic element to all good marketing plans!
