Sapphire Falls, Book Four

It's Tucker Bennett's turn to fall in love!

There’s nothing like summertime in Sapphire Falls and Tucker Bennett is looking forward to hosting his best friend’s four young sons for the next three months. This is their first trip to Tuck’s farm since their father’s passing, and he’s fully prepared to step up for the boys. He’s also thrilled by the instant attraction to their aunt Delaney. He’s only ever wanted three things in life—his farm, a wife and kids. He’s already got the farm. Now it looks like Fate has delivered the rest in one complete just-add-dirt-bikes-and-a-new-puppy package.

Delaney Callan is beyond grateful for Tucker’s help while she catches her breath from becoming a sudden surrogate mother to her nephews. And she’s not immune to the sexual tension bouncing between them. But with all her focus on not screwing everything up with her nephews, there’s no time for a relationship, especially with marriage-minded Tucker. Of course, a casual summer fling is something else. After all, it would be a shame to waste a perfectly good barn…

Casual is the last thing Tucker wants. He’s set on taking care of Delaney and the boys, while she’s determined to prove she can go it alone. But she didn’t count on Sapphire Falls, the adorable little town filled with the loving, impossible-to-ignore Bennett family, well-meaning friends and everything four little boys could ever wish for.

What’s Delaney to do when the most impossible-to-ignore Bennett of all shows her the difference between what she needs and what she wants…and he turns out to be both?

If you’re a fan of Booze, bonfires, proposal-inducing pastry and using hay bales as a horizontal surface, this story is for you.

I need more stars in the rating system for this book. Getting It All is probably my favorite Erin Nicholas story to date. Tucker is an amazing hero, who seems like a really outgoing, flirty, sleep around kinda guy until you get to know him. I have no words for Delaney (Except I may be crushing on her a little bit lol). She always puts everyone before her, and really has no clue of how much she really is worth. The 4 boys are, well, typical country boys. If there is trouble to be had, they will find it. The story itself is a tearjerker (if your an emotional reader), with lots of laughs thrown in, and is very well written. I highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a phenomenal contemporary romance read

This is Erin Nicholas at her best!  This book pulled at my heartstrings as I fell in love with not just Tucker and Delaney, but her four nephews also.  After the death of Tucker's best friend Rafe, who happens to be Delaney's brother-in-law, she packs up and moves the family to Sapphire Falls for the summer. She had promised Rafe that she would, then she planned on moving to Colorado.  Tucker had other ideas before she even arrived.  Enjoy jumping back into the beautiful little town of Sapphire Falls with family and friends from earlier books, or start out with this one, and I bet you'll want to read the stories that came before it. Can't believe I'm saying this, although I probably say it after each one, but this has got to be my favorite of Ms. Nicholas' books, and I've loved every one!

Getting it all by Erin Nicholas has everything you would want in a romance book. Delaney comes for a visit to Sapphire Falls with her four nephews to have a summer with Tucker Bennett before moving to Colorado. Tucker is Rafe's best friend who was married to Delaney's sister Chelsea. Tucker and Delaney had never met until she brought the boys to Sapphire Falls. Tucker, a man who is Hot, Handsome, Generous, Flirtatious, Loyal, and the man every woman in Sapphires Falls has tried to catch. Delaney, a woman who has never stood on her own two feet without help and now has the responsiblity of raising her four nephews. Read how it all unfolds. This, in my opinon, is the best book by far of The Sapphire Falls series. While I have enjoyed every book, this one stands out above the rest. I highly recommend this book and the entire series too.

I fall in love more and more with the small town of Sapphire Falls thanks to the beautifully written stories by author Erin Nicholas. She had me in tears almost from the beginning with her newest release, Getting It All and so smitten with Tucker Bennett. The author had me crying, laughing and swooning as I read Tucker and Delaney's love story. My heart melted whenever he was with the kids because you could see how much he loved and wanted to take care of them. I loved the strong bond they had with one another right from the beginning and you could see how much Tucker meant to them too,I really enjoyed seeing the Bennett family together and the family dinner get-together was hilarious especially their conversation about German chocolate cake. I also loved seeing Phoebe, Adrienne, Lauren and Kate all descend on Delaney and provide her with insight on Tucker, especially his love for "cobbler" and how it represented that he wanted to have it all. This story was deeply emotional and profound on many levels and beautifully written. This is truly an unforgettable story about love, friendship and family.

This was my first official visit to Sapphire Falls, and I have to be completely honest... I did NOT want to leave! Getting it All tells us the story of Tucker and Delaney and how they are FINALLY brought together. It proves that fate definitely has a weird way of bringing people in to one another's lives.  After the death of her best friends, Delaney comes to Sapphire Falls with 4 boys in tow, to spend the summer with Tucker on his farm, to reconnect with the boys and try and find a sense of normalcy. The attraction between the two of them is instant and ohhh sooo obvious, but there are things that Tucker and Delaney both need to deal with before they can have their HEA.  What I truly did love about the book (besides how truly well written it is) is how real every aspect of the book is from start to finish. The story line is truly believable... there is really nothing more frustrating than a book that makes you say "seriously?!". There are lots of laughs, a few tears, TONS of quirky family moments, moments involving frosting (hehe) and tons of love around every corner.  I am now hooked on Sapphire Falls, and will be revisiting all of the books before to get my fix until the next story comes out. Get the book, and clear your schedule, this is a must read by Erin that you will not regret! :) *I received an early copy in exchange for an honest review*

We're going back to Sapphire Falls for a story that gives hope to single mothers everywhere. Delaney Callan never planned on being a single parent to four young boys. When a cruel twist of fate forces her into the role, she does the only thing that makes sense. She packs up her nephews and heads to the home of her parents. On the way, she makes what's supposed to be a temporary stop in Sapphire Falls. Her nephews have spent every summer there. With as much turmoil as they've been through, she's looking to provide them a measure of stability and give herself a chance to recharge and recover from her loss. Enter Tucker Bennett, a recognizable name to fans of the Sapphire Falls series. As the best friend of the boys' father, Tucker is someone who can give Delaney's nephews that summer of normalcy they all so desperately need. Get these two together under these circumstances and it's a sure fire recipe for happily ever after-with a few stumbling blocks along the way. Let's start with Delaney. This woman is not your ordinary damsel in distress. As a contractor, she knows her way around power tools and not the kind you find in an adult toy store! Bravo to Erin Nicholas for giving us a female lead whose skills extend beyond Tucker's past prerequisite ability to make a cherry cobbler. Delaney may be in a tough spot in her life, but she's bruised instead of broken. The strength she has will allow her to open her heart to the possibility of loving Tucker. From the first page of this book,I had the biggest crush on Tucker Bennett. Nicholas did an amazing job of giving us a male lead who is not only physically attractive but possesses the kind of character traits every woman longs for in a man. As with most Erin Nicholas novels, I found myself alternately anxious to see how everything would turn out and dreading the inevitable end. Nicholas has a knack for delivering brilliant stories. She knows how to weave drama and levity, and of course sex, into all of her romance novels and Getting It All is no exception. With this story, you'll laugh, you'll cry and you'll believe that maybe something good really can come from something bad.

Getting it All is the 4th book in The Sapphire Falls Series by Erin Nicholas. We have caught bits and pieces of Tucker Bennett in the first three books and I already new he was going to be one of my favorites and Erin didn't disappoint. Tucker wants A wife, kids, dogs and the perfect happy life. He hasn't found it in Sapphire Falls yet. However Delaney Callan has been the piece of the puzzle that he's known about for years but hasn't ever met. She is his best friend Rafe's sister in law and is now the guardian of Rafe's four boys. Rafe used to bring the boys to Sapphire Falls every summer and he would always talk about Delaney and Tucker is already smitten. Delaney who's never been really responsible for even her self is now in the position of having to care for her 4 nephews and Sapphire Falls is the normal part of their routine that the boys desperately need after their world has come crashing down around them. She needs help but she also knows that she needs to learn how to be a mom and care for the boys on her own. Tucker offers her everything she could ever need, but does she want the easy way out. I adored this story on so many levels. You get to watch Delaney grow from the girl who let her sister and brother in law do everything for her to that of a caring guardian for her nephews. She also transforms throughout the book. She doesn't know exactly who she is with out them around and she is trying but by the end of the book she discovers so much about herself and those she loves. Tucker is always trying to help and fix everything, but how do you help someone who really needs it but really wants to learn how to stand on their own two feet. While Tucker is a total Alpha Male Farmer and Fixer you also get to see him realize that he can't be the Shining Knight all of the time, because sometimes you have to let other learn how to be their own knight. Their chemistry is scorching hot from the moment they meet and it doesn't peter off. I do have to say that this book to date was one of Erin's hottest. I also loved the last twist at the end that gives us hints into Ty's book which I know is going to be AMAZING just from the snippet that we get here. Last but not least I really adore the fact that Erin knows her readers fall in love with the other couples she has written about so she makes sure to give us glimpses of whats going on in their lives as well. It's likes catching up with old friends!

"Getting It All" is written by Erin Nicholas, and it is the 4th story in her Sapphire Falls series. It can be read as a stand-alone book. It features Tucker Bennett and Delaney Callan. I have been anticipating Tucker's story since we were first introduced to his character, and Erin definitely didn't disappoint! Tucker and Delaney have heard and known about each other for about 12-13 years now, and even though there were people who wanted them to meet, it was only when unfortunate circumstances occurred that it finally brought them together. Delaney's sister, Chelsea, died in an unfortunate shooting while Chelsea's husband and Tucker's best friend, Rafe, past away from cancer. Delaney became the guardian of Chelsea and Rafe's sons, so she brings them to Sapphire Falls to bring them familiarity and family. Tucker wants to settle down and have a family, but there was never that one special woman that truly caught his eyes. Once Delaney and the kids came into town and stayed at the farm, he knew she was it -- she was the one he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. He's pretty straight-forward about his feelings, but Delaney doesn't want to depend on someone. She's scared that she could lose Tucker like she lost Chelsea and Rafe. But how can anyone resist the Bennett charm?  One thing I really enjoyed about "Getting It All" was that it was heartfelt. It was very poignant and family-oriented, and it definitely will tug on your heartstrings. It just had a different feel to Erin's other stories in that sense. It was more than just the romance. But trust me when I say the love scenes were scorching hot! Erin has written another winner! Wonderful job!

Delaney has lost her sister, a victim of being at the wrong place at the wrong time, and her brother-in-law, the results of cancer. She is now the guardian to her 4 nephews. As a promise to Rafe, her brother-in-law, she is taking the boys to Sapphire Falls to stay with Tucker for the summer, just like Rafe has done every year in the past.  I love the chemistry between Delaney & Tucker. But my favorite has be the "miscommunication" over the kitchen.

Each book in this series can be read as a standalone,l but you won't want to miss a single story about this sleepy country town and the smokin' hot men (and a few ladies) who are bound to find their true love whether they want to or not! This is another home run for Nicholas, and true to form this book has the same "laugh until you cry" humor throughout. Can't wait for the next man to fall!!

Sapphire Falls just keeps getting better & better. Book 4 – Getting it All is here and Erin didn’t disappoint at all. Tucker OMG Tucker!!!!! He is the perfect bring home to meet your parents kind of guy. Family and Friends are #1 in his book and he will do anything he can to help anyone out. Delaney is the sister to Tucker’s best friend Rafe. Delaney becomes an instant mother of four active boys after her Sister and Brother-In-Law pass quickly. Delany heads to Sapphire Falls to find herself and learn to cope to this this new life. Delany has heard about Tucker from Rafe for many years, and now she gets to see what all the hype is about. Somehow their attraction, is overpowering. And she just can’t leave!!! This series just keeps getting better and better, book by book. I can’t wait to spend the summer in Sapphire Falls and getting to know TJ in Book 5 – Getting Lucky, coming out June 23rd. All the Sapphire Falls Books are a MUST READ!!!!! You will just fall in love and not be able to put the books down and then can’t wait for the next.

Getting it all: Can you have it all? In this latest installment from the very prolific Erin Nicholas, we have an opportunity to answer that question while reading the story of Tucker and Delaney in Getting It All AND we get to do it all in the awesome, picturesque and always welcoming town of Sapphire Falls. The reason that brings Delaney to town is a sad one, you can’t get around it, and she is the guardian of 4 little boys that recently lost their parents and in 2 very tragic ways. The beauty of the writing style is that even though the parents are gone you still get a very good sense of who they were, their lives and their dedication to family. Tucker Bennet, AH those Bennet boys, was a good friend of the boy’s father and owns a farm, the dream vacation for any boy. Delaney is the sister of the boy’s mother, she lived for a time with her sister and brother in law and also worked with both of them on home renos, and it is has become a trade that she is good at and has confidence of her skills. Delaney decides to take the boys to Sapphire falls for the summer so that they can spend time on Tucker’s farm as they always have every summer. Delaney and Tucker have never met, but they have heard about each other and when they do finally meet it is like lighting, the physical attraction is there from the first and develops at a quick pace for Tucker; Delaney however is more reticent and is not ready to make the leap. I have to admit, and I am a little ashamed of it, but I would get upset with Delaney, why couldn’t she just let it go and just BE with Tucker, he was so giving and so so sweet. However, I understand why it was so important to her to stand on her own; here I must confess I often read too quickly and am so excited to get a new Erin Nicholas book that I am guilty off rushing thru the book, HOWEVER with this one I found myself re reading chapters, especially the ones about Delaney introspection, and just letting myself absorb the storyline, it is not a book to be rushed but savored and, if you do so you will indeed Get it all! I can't wait to go back to Sapphire falls, in my mind I already live there! I know that Tucker is taken but I make a great blueberry cobbler and love barns!

Getting It All the fourth book in the Sapphire Falls series by Erin Nicholas is a bitter sweet story of finding out who you truly are and what you are made of when your heart is broken. Delaney is heading to Sapphire Falls for the summer with her nephews after her life has been completely turned upside down. There Delaney finally meets Tucker in person who is going to help her with the boys this summer. As Delaney and Tucker embark on this journey they discover that trusting one another is about acceptance and patience and in the end true love conquers all!!! A must read and my favorite so far in the Sapphire Falls series.

Sapphire Falls or Bust! Finally Erin has given us the story of Tucker and boy did she do a great job! Tuck and Delaney are a great pair and I loved their story. There are some parts that I was reaching for a box of tissues, but I think when you talk about the death of two young parents that leave children behind. Don't worry there are some equally funny and sexy scenes that light you up. Erin has a way to make you look at food in a whole new way! Tuck is ready to settle down and raise his best friend's sons. Delaney is trying learn to make it on her own and give back in spirit to her sister and her brother in law for taking care of her since she was 17. I love love love Sapphire Falls and everyone that lives there. Erin has created a Town that will make you Google how to get there. Tuck is one of my favorite guys so far.

As posted on The Smutty Kitty reviewed by KittyKelly 5 out of 5 Licks O M G I love this series!!!!! I can’t get enough of Sapphire Falls.  Let me try to compose myself so I can at least write something meaningful about this book.  Tucker has to be one of the sweetest men in the world.  Delaney has taken on the task of raising her sister’s 4 kids after two heartbreaking losses to the family.  Tucker wastes no time telling Delaney what he wants but she’s not having it.  She wants to prove she can take care of herself and the boys, but Tucker just wants to show her that having friends and family around to help is not such a bad thing.  I loved watching these two burn up the barn (hey there are 4 kids in the house and this way they don’t have to be so quiet).  There is also a scene toward the beginning where Delaney is given free rein in the kitchen-free rein doesn’t mean quite the same thing to Tucker as it does to Delaney though.  I won’t spoil the surprise for you though.  I can’t wait for more in this series.  I hope it never ever ends.  I want Sapphire Falls weddings, babies, and grand-babies!!!!

Wow. My FAVORITE Erin Nicholas book to date. Tucker and Delaney will take you on the ride of a lifetime. Getting it All has everything you want from a hometown love story. Be prepared to replace your book boyfriend. Highly Recommend!

This most recent trip to Sapphire Falls won’t disappoint you! In this book, you see Tucker Bennett taking in his deceased best friend’s brood of boys. He didn’t expect to feel the heat and desire from their aunt. Even though she isn’t his usual type at all, Delaney and Tucker are drawn to each other. This story shows that sometimes love finds you when you least expect it. Sometimes the best laid plans are meant to get messed up, and sometimes you are meant to stay in the place where you were just planning to spend the summer!!!

I have been a HUGE Erin Nicholas fan for many years. I absolutely LOVE her stories and can't wait for the release of each and every one of them. Her stories entertain me and make me laugh...and some times cry. They are HOT and sexy and full of love. I love her voice and I love that Erin can make me feel like I am actually in the story, seeing it with my own eyes. Getting It All, however, AFFECTED me. I felt it. I lived it. I am still living it. It's one of those stories that is sticking with me. I am still thinking about it and wondering about the characters. I feel empathy, concern, worry, and love for fictional people!! :) That's a pretty amazing author right there. And then there are her heroes! I haven't met and Erin Nicholas hero that I didn't love. Tucker is no exception. I have gotten to know him over the course of this series and knew I was going to love him. Delaney, sweet Delaney. I totally got her. My empathy kicked into overdrive with Delaney. At the same time she is a strong, independent woman that Erin Nicholas writes so well. This Sapphire Falls series has totally sucked me in. I want to live there. (I'd really like to have a Bennett boy for myself) It's one of those towns where everyone knows your business, but unlike many places, I wouldn't mind these people knowing. I highly recommend this book and all of the books in the Sapphire Falls series. I am certainly looking forward to June when I can finally get my hands on TJ. :)

Erin Nicholas does it again! This series just gets better and better with each book. I'm not sure how that is even possible but it does. With every new book I fall more in love with the quaint little town of Sapphire Falls and all the smart, amazing, and beautifully written characters. What I love most is the feeling of community and the way people really will do anything for their friends and family in this town. I have loved Tucker from his first appearance in the series because of his playful and flirtatious demeanor but this story brought him to a whole other level in my opinion. His softer side was really revealed in his love for his best friends little boys. Delaney I loved because deep down no matter how strong we think we need to be its okay to rely on others for help especially in the toughest of times. I found myself relating to Delaney more than any other of the characters in this series. She in essence became a single mom overnight to her four nephews. When I was a single mom I remember how hard it was to accept help from others and Delaney feels that it is the easy way out. I love Tucker and Delaney's story more than any of the others because it pulled at so many of my heartstrings. I cried both happy and sad tears. I can't wait for the next Bennett story!
