Good read and walk through for XenApp 6

The title says Getting Started with Citrix XenApp 6 and that is what this book does. If you are new to Citrix application delivery or an experienced Citrix administrator looking at deploying XenApp 6 this the book for you. I thought this book was a good intro to and walk through of XenApp 6. The book was very easy read and flowed really well. The author starts by giving you an intro to XenApp 6 features and requirements and then takes into the design and architecture of a XenApp farm followed by installing and configuring a XenApp farm.

I liked that the author included content for the Citrix Receiver and Merchandising Server along with a scripting and programming intro. Now this book doesn't include everything but is a good reference companion to have for your XenApp 6 reference material.

The only thing I would have liked to see more of was more in depth information on worker groups and policies when it comes to Citrix farm policies vs Citrix policies in group policy along with using load balancing policies.

Overall a good read and walk through for newbies and Citrix admins.
