    Great Advice

At first the exercises seem silly and repetitive, but the fundamental ideas and methods for open communication are inspirational. Ms. Nelson helps you ease into a dialogue that makes talking about sex with your partner comfortable and even fun. The book is definitely geared toward couples who are several years into a relationship with kids (many exercises begin with finding a babysitter for the night), however the exercises are great for any couple who is unsure how to talk about what they want in the bedroom (or out of it!). If you've ever been unsure how to change things up in your sex life, give this book a look!

    Helpful and beneficial

As a marriage and family therapist, I find this book helpful for clients and a nice companion to communication exercises. These exercises are aimed towards increasing sexual happiness via the use Imago / Harville Hendrix style of communication. I find this makes the exercises feel safer for most. I would recommend it to couples looking for increased satisfaction in their sexual relationship
