About the Author

Jon Emch is a senior technical lead for ArcGIS Enterprise in Esri Support Services. Jon has been working on troubleshooting ArcGIS Enterprise through technical support since 2017. He holds a degree in geography with a minor in GIS from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He lives in Richmond, VA.


Diana Muresan is a product engineer on the geodatabase software development team at Esri. Diana received a BA and MS in geomatics from Babeș-Bolyai Universityin Romania and a MEng in civil engineering and GIS from University of Colorado, Denver. She lives in Denver, CO.


Travis Ormsby is a principal technical lead on Esri's Training Services team. Travis has a BA in anthropology from Grinnell College, an MA in teaching from the University of St. Thomas, and an MGIS from the University of Minnesota. He lives in Twin Cities, MN.
