I can't wait for there to be a sequel to this book! There has to be a sequel! Nice Read!
I ordered this book directly from the publisher and I'm glad it's now on this site so that my friends and everyonoe else can read it also. I found this book to be a refreshing read because it's not like other urban fiction that's so caught up with dumbing down the reader and making things so thuggish and well-ghetto that they loose the intelligent reader in the process. The title Ghetto to Coffee Shop offers another prespective of ghetto life that's not covered in mainstream hip hop, film, nor books! I welcome this book!
I first heard about this book on another site and ordered it from there, but I had to come back here and show some luv and let the world know that 'Ghetto to Coffee Shop' is one of the best books that I've read in a long while and this is coming from a girl who reads about five books a month. The raw and creative nature of this book alone makes it worth it, add the overlayering plotlines and you have the makings of a great independent film in your hands! I can't wait to read Mr. Bellfield's next book!
