Though I did not buy the book (borrowed it), I enjoyed the read. It was one of those books that sit on the book stand, for an endless amount of time, but you never buy it. It is worth it though. My only complaint(s) are that it did not go into the history and plot as much as i wanted and it seemed not to be very forcused about playing ghosts, and more about the DM playing ghost(NPCs). Apart form that I recomend it. It was much better then the book of undead I had bought (though that was good)
