    Very Informative

Takes the Mediterranean Diet that extra step and makes it more manageable for those of us who really need to watch the carbs a little closer. I love bread and this book has helped me realize that I need to be more careful about the amount and the quality. I believe that the information was researched well and is presented in a clear and concise way.
