"Gift of Power": Book Two Of The "Gifted" Trilogy
Power equals responsibility. Despite declaring to those closest to her she will take her position as Queen, Regan's first priority is not to rule, but to find her parents. With Jake at her side, she is determined to learn how to use her new powers and hide from her destiny, as well as the Council, a little while longer. Unfortunately, someone has been watching and reporting every move Regan makes. She is disheartened to find out the Council is already eagerly awaiting her arrival in Ireland and have apparently started to plan her future. One that does not include Jake. Regan must decide just how much she is willing to sacrifice to protect her people from a vengeful goddess, while also weeding out the traitor among them. With what feels like the weight of the world on her shoulders, will Regan withstand losing any of them?

About the Author

I was born and raised in New Jersey (USA), but have found myself a new, calmer life in Florida. With a B.S in Criminology from FSU, and a military deployment behind me, I'm now working full-time and raising a family. Whenever I can sneak away from those responsibilities(another job in itself) you can find me with a cup of coffee within five feet and typing away.

I'm an avid reader, I listen to just about any type of music, except when my son is in the car...it's rock and roll or nothing, and I'm an all around smartass.

My book favorites are fantasy and fairy-tails with a twist. I love authors who aren't afraid to kill off the main character. It's sick, I know, but it's more because I love the response I get from my friends when I recommend the book. Nowadays their first question is "Who dies?"

I have lived a pretty eventful life and love that my family and friends appreciate (most of the time) my honesty and dry sense of humor. You either get it or you don't. That's not what keeps me up at night.
