Elizabeth Jones has written poems and short stories throughout her life. The culmination of years of imagination and story writing has led to the creation of her Gilbert the Giraffe Series. While writing her books, Elizabeth discovered illustrating to be another one of her talents. She has beautifully captured the story of this little giraffe in her unique, hand-drawn illustrations.

Gilbert Finds His Family is the first book in this series. Her gift for storytelling developed while teaching young children and has continued throughout her life. Elizabeth Jones resides in Central Pennsylvania with her husband and son.
