This is a beautiful, quiet, poetic story about a little boy whose playmate is the wind. I have read this many times to groups of young children when I was a children's librarian in New York City and they listened attentively. It would be ideal for  reading to a child on your lap . Enjoy!

Beautiful, evocative illustrations enhance a strong, simple tale of a little boy and his playmate, the Wind.
