    Outstanding! I use this book all the time!

    I have purchased several books over the years that contained tips on healthy foods, alternatives for dealing with common ailments and the properties of various fruits,vegetables,meats and grains, but this is the first book that compiled them in such an easy to read, common sense manner. I would reccommend this book to anyone who wants to either develop a more healthy lifestyle, or is dealing with health issues.

    What you need, easy to understand

    Gillian's book is as straightforward and easy to understand as she is on her TV show, You Are What You Eat. I found it simple to locate sections pertinent to my health and take note of what her recommendations are. I've long said I'd like to meet with her personally, and this is the next-best thing.
