So many different choices! Love the gingerbread pancakes for Christmas morning, pistachio gingerbread toffee, the gingerbread trifle with blackberries. Can't wait to try some more.

I tried two of the recipes for the holidays. The recipes were easy, and I was happy with the results. The receipes can be changed to personal tastes, which I did.
