I'm a mom of three teenagers, and a massive worry-wart. From the very beginning of the story, I worried about Aurora. A young girl alone in the world, no one to care for her, my heart went out to her. As the story progressed and Aurora faced the challenges of her life, I grew proud of her just like I would of my own children. When she faced her past, I wanted to hold her in my arms to comfort her as she cried. When Aurora faced her enemy, I wanted to cheer for her.

    Hard to follow plot of story

    I did not enjoy this ebook to many twists and turns. Events stated rather than made memorable.

    Not bad

    This tale of a wizard girl's coming of age is not bad. The characters are a bit two dimensional. This makes it difficult to engage with the lead character until you are 475 pages into the 613 page novel. Despite the fact that the author frequently uses 1st person point of view it is very difficult to see the motivation for nearly every character. To the author I wish you would rewrite and add to this novel it is a fine start. The only gramatical error that really bothered me is that people do not lied down they lay down other wise you did a great job with spelling and grammer.
