I feel this book was okay but it definitely was not really what

I feel this book was okay but it definitely was not really what I was looking for. The focus of this book if basically hygiene and lifestyle and not puberty changes which is what I was looking for to give to my daughter. Some aspects (talk abouty eating disorders, depression, suicide) I thought were just better suited to older girls; maybe 13-14. Although the book kept on noting that the important thing is to be healthy, it did seem to go into great detal about exercise and eating plans; even giving sample exercises. My 10 yr old daughter is just not at the stage wehre she would be doing all that or need to think about some of those topics. I did find the repetitive use of slang terms like "sitch" annoying at times but then I am a mother.
