    Incredible Soundscape

As a Philip Glass fan i did not think, that this cd would be something that it will be as excellent as it is, this is the compilation that i was expecting, good music interpretations, from diferent people in diferent styles of music. After researching about the artists and reading some reviews i was expecting something better from Woody McBride, it is very very interesting the first track, and the nineth where you can enjoy Glass vocals

    Evolution in sound

For Ages Philip Glass Music was hated from the people that could not understand that evolution was happenning in classical music, so in the 60's and 70's Glass was one of the pioneers that opened a path for young and experimental musicians that today are the known for being the ones that did not fear to evolve. Philip Glass music evolved from minimalism to more romantic (this is another step into evolution), This CD it is an awesome source of interpretations of Glass's music, each one in different styles, contemporary styles, this compilation is so good that i would like to hear the original release from Orange Mountain Music soon. The Artist have an incredible background of music behind them, the one called Luciano Supervielle won a Grammy in 2003 for the side project called "Bajo Fondo Tango Club", and his album in may 2005 it is incredible, Woody McBride it is one of the best american techno DJs and producers, Dietrich Schonoemann another DJ with an incredible musical background, Kate Simko also put her ideas and did an very good piece, Taylor Dupree it is one of the artist that took Glass, Adams, Cage or Reich path to be a very good composer, and the good thing of the cd was listening Philip voice on "Channels and Winds" by Marcos Romero, the interpretation of the piece was extremely good, also on the "Saxophone Concerto" by Bender it is a very good track the final word it is a CD that anyone can listen.
