About the Author

About the Author:
Analee Hall was raised in Nampa, Idaho. She spent her adolescence learning how to read her own emotions and becoming in-touch with herself. After a lot of torn-up rough drafts, tossed aside paragraphs, and notebooks full of underdeveloped writing, Analee self-published her debut poetic prose memoir, glass girl. She is still writing down her feelings and hopes to develop another book in the near future. Analee is currently attending Utah Tech University in St. George, Utah to earn her BS/BA in Graphic Design, which is her true passion right after writing.

About the Illustrator:
Anndee Hall was raised in Idaho where she developed her skills and interest in art at a young age. Anndee earned her BS degree at Utah State University in visual arts, with a minor in art history, and a certification in museum studies. Anndee used her jack-of-all-trades knowledge and experience in visual arts to get an art teaching license. Anndee then taught art to a variety of grade levels in Utah for a few years before finding her passion in mental health and advocacy. Anndee earned her MSW from Boise State University. Anndee currently works as a mental health therapist in Utah, where she resides with the love of her life and their 2 dogs. Anndee fought through burnout as an art teacher and found her artistic passion again in working on this project with her baby sister, Analee.
