Like her other penn dutch series is too formatic and supporting cast annoying. Burn out previous but editors kept scraping off the char and printed but it showed

I have been enjoying this series for some time and if you are looking for more of the same from her series you will get it. I think I might finally be growing a bit tired of some of the highly unlikely, outlandish exploits. It used to be fun and silly but is starting to feel like just a bit to much. I enjoyed these books so much more when she was still dating the detective. I actually found myself skipping ahead to get through it. I think something is missing but I couldn't put my finger on it.

This is one of the best books in this series! Had several twists that I did not expect. Anyone who likes this series will enjoy this one!
