Courage to raise the standard of your own faith in perilous times.

This book gave me a broad understanding of English history, including the legends and stories which are always spoken about when England is mentioned. This book brings everything to life and the details make you live the events and times it covers. This was an inspiring book and helps you to see the Christian vision for that country, a high and worthy vision.
