    THE reference guide for international business

    This book was highly recommended by Joe Sharkey in the New York Times, and rightly so. When doing business internationally the playing field can be leveled when we understand and respect differences in cultures and the way business is conducted in those cultures. This guide covers everything from nonverbal communication to dining customs, and is a must-have for those who conduct business abroad or are transferred abroad, as well as those who who do business locally with international customers.
