    This is the best nutrition book I've read!!!

    Interested in finding out more about the Glycemic Index, I purchased this book out of plain curiosity. Once I started reading it, I couldn't stop! The revealing information contained in this book has changed the way I think about all diferent kinds of foods and about the way I eat. This book is not only valuable for people concerned about diabetis or about theri weight, but for anyone interested in good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.

    excellent for highpertension too.

    Great book. I use it because I have highpertension. It is very logical and I dont feel hungry at all.
