    A really USEFUL plus BEAUTIFUL cookbook.

    This book is really useful. The recipes are straightforward, calling for ingredients readily available. Most important, obviously, they provide those of us requiring gluten free meals with some wonderful dishes. The accompanying photographs make it all so enticing you can't help but leap right in and start cooking. That is the true delight of this book. We can cook it. And we can eat it. And it's REALLY GOOD FOOD! A must buy for yourself or for a celiac friend.
