    Forget it

    This is only 29 pages and some of that is pages trying to sell another book. Only a few recipes and they are not even in recipe format. Sorry I wasted my time and money on this.

    Our society asks us to be in good shape and eat healthy: but today tis has become very difficult, because of the everyday rhythm.
    Everybody's busy and runs against time! But this book can help us find the right way to eat food without gluten. We know there are so many diets suggested by advertisments or even by movie stars, and it  can become very dangerous for us to follow them literally. I think that this book could be a nice solution to this problem, suggesting very tasteful and easy recipes to make home. Everybody can try to follow the guidelines in this book, completely changing the lifestyle and the food habits. A reader can even taste the recipes in this book and he can't just stop reading until the end, and so, he can start making these delicious recipes at once. One of the most interesting and important part of this book is the fact that the author, Stephen Williams, suggests us ingredients very easy to find, to make our food very good. Every recipe makes us want to go to our kitchen and start to prepare it, playing with fantasy and Williams' advices.  You will surely start losing weight, finally finding yourself beautiful and finding your self-esteem again. So, if you're looking for an interesting and delicious book, don't miss this one, bacause I'm sure you will really appreciate its secrets, and then you will look at yourselves iin the mirror and see your newfound beauty and health.

    Amazing recipes for you healthy life
    I always like good food. For me eating is something special, something, more than usual physical process. I wasn’t sure I could get rid of some products, but one day my doctor said I have to. This book was a great finding – just in time. After I read it, I stopped afraid of diets. The problem is that I have always see diets as some violence against myself. It was connected with forcing not to eat some delicious things, especially my favorite sweet ones.
    This book gave me more information and confidence that you don’t have to give up of everything. Gluten-free diet even can contain some sweets and other food that I really like. The other surprise was that healthy snacks exist. With this book you can cook everything you like and this will be extremely healthy. You don’t need to use some special products, which names you have never heard before. Everything is very easy and doesn’t take much time. Moreover, in the final results you’ll feel yourself younger, healthier and happy. We are what we eat. Try to concentrate your attention on this statement and be free to choose some delicious food you like.
