I am an allergy loaded girl and this is so helpful and easy to make carb foods again. I have to stay away from oats, corn, and gluten. This cookbook helps me have wraps and other carb items in just minutes! I would reccomend this book to anyone that has allergies.

After the first trial of blueberry muffins and english muffins, I was ready to prepare these recipes in my RV on vacation! Yeeha! Gluten-free on the road. Even my husband loves them, and he's a hard sell since he's able to eat what he wants.

Not quite what I expected, but I am going to try some recipes soon. They look good and the fact that they are made in the microwave is helpful as we travel a lot and sometimes do not have regular oven.
