    Gluten Free on a Shoestring Bakes Bread is Awesome

    This is a great book! Most of the recipes take a bit of planning

    This is a great book! Most of the recipes take a bit of planning (but we're used to that being gluten averse!) 
    due to the slow rise recommended. And the results are worth the wait! I've had the best results with Nicole's
    recipes and her hints, tips, and recommendations on where-to-buy, and what not to buy are spot on!
